
About the Role
The Human Resource Officer will support staff recruitment, training, welfare, and performance management while ensuring compliance with HR policies and Nigerian labor laws. This role is key in fostering a motivated and professional workforce to deliver excellent hospitality services.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and systems.
Recruit, onboard, and support retention of hotel and event staff.
Organize basic training and staff development programs.
Support employee appraisals and performance reviews.
Handle staff welfare, discipline, and grievance procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace safety standards.
Promote a positive and service-oriented workplace culture.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₦70,000 – ₦200,000 (based on experience).

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
1–2 years HR experience (hospitality industry experience is an advantage).
